Hexies under the weather...

And the heat continues... And I am still under the weather.
But, I have heard rumours that our coming winter will be a cold one, which has me giddy with expectation! I have visions of long dark nights of uninterrupted idyllic quilting...
 :)

In the midst of it all, I am pleasantly surprised I managed a few Charm hexi-flowers for this week. These will be the supporting cast to my Charm diamonds.

...am I the only one feeling that September is just rushing past?

I hope you have a lovely day, and that it includes some sewing!

Thinking of you, missing you, looking for a few stolen moments so I can sneak in a visit to your blogs...

hello dear one. I sympathise with the loss of stitching time to ill health. I lost only one day last week to migraine. You did well to accomplish all you did.
Feeling at a loose end in an empty house will pass as you all find a new routine.
I managed to cover some diamond shapes on the train into the city to see the dinosaur bones. All little boy favorite.

Happy stitching when you can Huggs Terry

  6. Sorry to hear you are still under the weather, Valentina. Is it time to see a doctor yet? Who knows. If you have a stomach infection it might not clear up without some strong medicine. In any case, I hope you get over what ails you soon. It's no fun being sick.

As always, your hexies are lovely. Love the awesome red fabrics!

  10. Val, may I say the turquoise is the best? It somehow has a masculine vibe. LOL.

Let's hope that there will be some rain and wind coming your way soon, but never trust weather forecasters too much :-)

    Take care, 10

  24. Now listen to me, get yourself off to a doctor and get yourself checked out as this has gone on way too long. Just for reassurance that all is ok. We need you and your lovely smile if it is going to be a long cold winter. Even so, those hexies are gorgeous.
